Daniel Tanoos begins his fourth year in the Braves Baseball program.  Daniel will lead the JV team in 2017 and also coach the younger outfielders.  "DT" is no stranger to Braves Baseball as he played from 2004-07 and was a member of the 2007 Sectional Championship team.  Coach Tanoos was awarded the prestigious Student Council Award in 2007 as well.

One of the many highlights of Daniel's baseball career was hitting a game extending double with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning during his senior season to enable the Braves to come back from an eight run deficit to defeat MIC foe Lawrence North.

Daniel is currently a social studies teacher at Honey Creek Middle School.  He is married to Ashley (Gelinas).  He holds a degree in Social Studies Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Indiana State University as well.

"DT has such a positive influence on our players and brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to our program.  He truly bleeds red, white and black!".....Coach Kraemer
